Mini Cake Donut: One of my son's fav.

recipe:
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 c sugar
2/3 c milk
4 tbsp. butter: melted and cooled
2 eggs beaten

He got bored and told me to capture his moves on video, hehehe!

bake these in a muffin pan: This is what we Marshallese called "Bilawe(Bi-La-Weh) Bidodo(Bi-ro-ro)"  hehehe! 

"Cookies"

1st attempt on making these delish cookies :) 

I used the butter cookies recipe with this one and it was delish according to my son, hehehe. Here's the recipe:

• 8 ounces unsalted butter
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
• 1 large egg yolk
• 2 cups all-purpose flour

"Spritz Cookies"

Bake these for my son and he really likes them. I took the recipe from Allrecipes.com :)

Recipe:

1 1/2 cups butter

1 cup sugar

1 egg

2 tbsp. milk

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/2 tsp. almond extract

3 1/2 cups flour

1 tsp. baking powder

(optional) food coloring
